pack:tag is a JSP Taglib that compresses static resources like JavaScript or Cascading Style Sheets. The Taglib caches the resources, once they are compressed, in Memory or to file. Compressing-algorithms could be exchanged per resourcetype, and are extendable by usage of the strategy-pattern.
